What is Witch Survival?

Slay the reaper to win the night. Your best runs will climb the season board.

A pixel-art survival game, free in your browser, with ranked seasons on the way.

How a run feeds the season board. Energy pays for a run. A run lasts until you fall or slay the reaper, six minutes at most, and gives a score, which our server checks by replaying it. Your best 5 runs go to the season board, which has an Open table for raw scores and a Boosted table for genesis NFT holders and token stakers. The genesis NFT and staked tokens boost your score by up to 2 times on the Boosted table. Ranked runs need 60,000 tokens or a genesis NFT. The board leads to prizes: badges in the Season 1 beta; later prizes are to be announced. Only the run is live today.

Hold off the swarm, gather every gem it drops, pick one power of four at every level, and put the reaper down when it comes, late in the night.

Hold or stake

Hold 60,000 (in your wallet or staked) to play ranked runs. Every 10,000 staked adds +0.01 to your boost, up to +0.35; with a genesis NFT and 350,000 staked, your boost is ×2.00. Your lowest stake over the season's last 7 days is the one that counts.

Is it free?

Yes, in your browser, with a keyboard or by touch. Brakka is free to play; the other witches open with 60,000 WITCHU or a genesis NFT.

How do I win?

Outlast the night and see the dawn. On the hardest difficulty the reaper comes for you, and you win the moment it falls.

How do I aim?

Every weapon fires the way you face, which is the last way you walked. To aim, turn.

How much can I play a day?

Energy is not in the game yet. When it comes, you hold up to 25, it refills every day, and each character costs its own amount a run.

What do I need to play ranked?

Playing is free. Ranked runs need 60,000 tokens, in your wallet or staked, or a genesis NFT. The Open table ranks raw scores; the Boosted table multiplies them by your boost, up to ×2.00.

How are scores checked?

Every ranked run is replayed on our server from its seed and your inputs. The server works out the score, not your browser.

When does Season 1 start?

It has no date yet. It is a beta: rankings and badges, no money prizes.
